How to buy from Japan and ship to Thailand

1. Find the item and copy the link

  • Open any supported Japanese site, choose the item and copy the link from the address bar or the app's share button.
  • Mercari English links (jp.mercari.com/en/…) are fine.
  • For Amazon Japan use the full amazon.co.jp link, not an amzn.asia short link.
  • Tell us the colour, size and quantity if the item has options.

2. Send it to us on LINE

Our ordering system is in Thai for now, so English orders go through chat. Send the link to LINE @jp2th or Facebook and we'll create the order for you.

3. Two payments in Thai baht

First payment: item price + service fee (+ any costs inside Japan, such as domestic shipping). We buy within 12 hours of your payment.

Second payment: Japan → Thailand shipping by actual weight, when your parcel reaches Thailand. Import tax clearance is already included.

Auctions: Yahoo! Auctions and Mercari

  • Tell us your max bid — the highest price you're willing to pay. We never bid above it.
  • Win below your max bid: the difference is deducted from your second payment.
  • Lose the auction: we refund the rest after a 50 THB handling fee.
  • You can raise your max bid up to 2 hours before the auction ends.
  • Yahoo! Auctions items with a buy-it-now price (即決) can be bought instantly.

Good to know

  • Prices can change before we buy. You choose to accept or cancel, or set an automatic acceptance limit of 0 / 50 / 100 / 200 THB per item.
  • Second-hand items are one of a kind. If one sells before we buy, we refund you or keep it as credit.
  • Perfume, liquids and lithium batteries can only go by sea. We split them into a separate sea box automatically.
  • We do not accept vehicles, live plants, weapons, adult toys or digital downloads.
